AFWall+ (Donate)

So far, works as advertised, and is a quality product. I was hoping to be able to use it to shutdown some of the core google surveillance. But since you cannot block individual net dest addrs for e.g. play services, then you must let it all thru or nothing works. So I need to go back to VPN based fw solution.

I love this app. It is the primary reason I root my phone, and I've been using it for years. I tried this donate version 1) to support the developers 2) to be able to clone profiles (rather than having to re-enter profiles that are mostly the same). However, no success at all with the cloning function so I did a refund. ☹️ Hopefully it can be working sometime soon.

One foreword, if you propagate somehow donate link, i will donate, no matter i was payd this pro app.... Love this firewall, just one request if i can i have. On log view, when i tap blocked entry, is there possibility to show line with block settings for this app? So we can easyly make that app to go on through firewall to internet? Any it is the best firewall on android phone. Thank you!

What can I say about this app. It is just essential security function. If an app doesn't need Internet you block it and problem solved. Of course it needs root to function.

Amazing app, been using it for years. There is however a problem with Spotify connection. It's not enough to add Spotify in the rules. Spotify unfortunately doesn't work with afwall

Why hasn't the 1052 UID tether issue been fixed in this latest version?

Had to roll back to v3.3.1 on my OnePlus 7T pro, Android 10 running Tasker. It keeps erroring out applying firewall rules when switching profiles. Anything newer than 3.3.1 causes this issue. Otherwise a great app.

Best firewall app for rooted devices. It helps me to protect my privacy

With xposed Afwall module enabled all rules and settings are cleared after reboot.
